Properties and buildings with development needs such as higher occupancy, modernization, maintenance, new construction potential, repositioning.

Location

National high-growth cities and regions with ≥ 100,000 inhabitants and outer metropolitan areas.

Office and administration buildings without significant maintenance backlogs.

Office buildings with ≥ 80% occupancy and ≥ 1 year WALT.

Specifics

Existing real estate with no or minor maintenance backlogs. Current or target multiplier of annual net basic rent dependent on site and WALT.
