The PREIG.AG website is provided by PREIG AG.
PREIG AG, Kurfürstenstraße 111, 10787 Berlin, takes the protection of your data very seriously. Therefore, we always process your data based on the current legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Your data are stored on servers in Germany on the basis of an order data agreement within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. Data transmitted to our servers is securely encrypted at all times with TLS/SSL encryption. This Privacy Policy provides detailed information on how we process your personal data. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that we always comply with the latest applicable data protection regulations when we process your personal data. 1.1 Data Controller

1.2 General information on the collection, processing, and use of your personal data
You can visit our website without providing any personal data. In such cases, we only log general access data. These include the so-called log files, cf. Section 6. Your IP address will only be used if it is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of PREIG AG as Data Controller, or the legitimate interests of a third party, and only to the extent that such interests outweigh your legitimate interests or fundamental rights and freedoms as a data subject. Examples include, but are not limited to, the assertion or defence of legal claims, the public interest in investigating criminal offenses, and the prevention of electronic attacks (e.g. hacking, brute force attacks).
PREIG AG collects, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with data protection laws and the following provisions, or in accordance with your express consent. The processing of your personal data is based on the following principles, cf. Article 6 of the GDPR:
a) The processing is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations entered into by PREIG AG and its service providers.
b) The processing is deemed appropriate after the legitimate interests of PREIG AG have been weighed against the legitimate interests of the respective data subject.
c) The processing is based on your revocable consent.
d) The processing is based on legal requirements.
e) The processing is deemed necessary for the performance of a task of public interest.
1.3 Your statutory rights as a Data Subject
You have the right
a) to request information about the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored (“Right of access by the data subject”; Article 15 of the GDPR).
b) to the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the right to have incomplete personal data completed (“Right to rectification”; Article 16 of the GDPR).
c) to withdraw your consent to processing at any time (“Right of withdrawal”; Article 7.3 of the GDPR).
d) to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data (“Right to object”; Article 21 of the GDPR).
e) to have your personal data erased without undue delay (“Right to be forgotten”; Article 17 of the GDPR) if one of the following grounds applies:
(1) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected,
(2) you withdraw your consent (cf. b) above),
(3) you have objected to further processing (cf. c) above),
(4) your personal data have been unlawfully processed.
f) to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, for example if you contest the accuracy of your personal data, if you oppose the erasure of unlawfully processed personal data, still require your data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or you have objected to data processing, and the verification of legal grounds is still pending (“Right to restriction of processing”; Article 18 of the GDPR).
g) to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have these data transmitted to another controller (“Right to data portability”; Article 20 of the GDPR).
h) to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (“Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority”; Article 77 of the GDPR). The competent supervisory authority for PREIG AG is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Friedrichstraße 219, 10969 Berlin.
2. Data collected by PREIG AG
PREIG AG collects personal data that you provide to us voluntarily via email or our website’s contact form. These data include your first and last name as well as your email address. We use the data you provide in accordance with Article 6.1.b of the GDPR to process your request.
3. Purpose of collecting, processing, and using data
PREIG AG stores your data to provide our online services, to answer your enquiries, to fulfil and process contracts, and for our own advertising purposes, such as distributing our newsletter.
4. Newsletter
PREIG AG publishes a newsletter to provide you with information about our latest offers and properties. You will only receive this newsletter after you have granted your consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use a double opt-in procedure to make sure you only receive our newsletter once you have confirmed that you want us to subscribe you to the newsletter service. After entering your email address in the appropriate field and confirming it by clicking the “Subscribe now” button, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you need to confirm that you would like to receive our newsletter by clicking on the link in the email. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply send your cancellation request to one of the addresses specified in 1.1 above (via email or post). You will also find an “unsubscribe” link in every newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address with immediate effect.
5. Disclosure of personal data
We will only disclose your personal data to third parties with and to the extent of your consent. We will not disclose your personal data for advertising purposes. Your data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent that PREIG AG is legally bound to do so according to Article 6.1.d of the GDPR, legal requirements, or enforceable court or administrative orders.
6. Server log files
Any time you access our website and any time a file is retrieved, your browser automatically transfers usage data to our server, which is stored in so-called server log files. These server log files contain the following data: date and time of the retrieval, name of the page accessed, referrer-URL, data volume transferred, and the type and version of browser you used. We only ever collect and store IP addresses in an anonymised format. Anonymisation means that any IP addresses we store are altered to ensure that specific data concerning personal or factual circumstances can no longer be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, or that these data can only be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person with a disproportionate amount of time, cost, and manpower. PREIG AG evaluates server log files to better tailor our offer to you and your needs, to find and fix bugs more quickly and to improve PREIG AG’s services and products. In accordance with Article 6.1.f of the GDPR, the evaluation serves the preservation of our legitimate interest in the proper presentation of our website, which outweighs other legitimate interests. The server log files are stored for up to 14 days and then deleted. Any additional storage will only occur in exceptional cases, to enforce legal claims, investigate criminal offenses, or prevent electronic attacks (e.g. hacking, brute-force attacks).
7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (www.google.com), including the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. This facilitates the assignment of data, sessions and interactions across several devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus the analysis of a user’s activities across devices.
The technologies used by Google Analytics include cookies, which are small files stored on your computer, tablet or phone that enable Google to analyse your use of this website.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide on a case-by-case basis or in general whether to accept or reject cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transferred. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP address transferred by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. We have a legitimate interest in data processing for these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is provided by Section 15 (3) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Article 6.1.f of the GDPR. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 26 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.

8. Google Maps
This website uses the map service Google Maps, provided by Google Inc. PREIG AG uses Google Maps to show you exactly where each of our properties is located via an interactive map on our website and to enable you to use the map function as conveniently as possible.
The Google Maps service is made available via Google Inc. servers. In order for the Google Maps service to work properly, Google Inc. needs to know which IP address you are using. When you visit our website, Google is also informed that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. We do not know whether and to what extent or for how long your IP address is stored and used internally by Google. The legal basis for the integration of this service is Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
If you have a Google user account, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you do not have a Google user account or have one but are not logged into your account, Google may store your IP address and use it to create a profile. Google stores your personal data as usage profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the user-centric design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of Google social networks about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles by Google.
We would like to point out that data may be processed by Google outside the EU/EEA. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. Further information on data protection at Google can be found here.
9. Adobe Typekit
This website uses Adobe Typekit web fonts. Typekit is a service provided by Adobe Inc, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA. According to disclosures on the Adobe website accessible from Germany, the subsidiary Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland is also identified as being responsible for the provision of the service in Europe. We use Adobe Typekit to ensure that fonts are displayed correctly on your device. Knowing that fonts are always displayed correctly irrespective of your operating system or browser’s individual font settings prevents us from having to develop multiple, graphically adaptive websites. The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Article 6.1.f of the GDPR. The Adobe Typekit service provides the fonts that are displayed in your browser window after a server call to Adobe (in the USA). At a minimum, Adobe stores the IP address used by your browser/device. Adobe may also transfer this information to a server in a third country. According to privacyshield.gov, Adobe Inc. is Privacy Shield certified (you can search for “Adobe Inc.” at: https://www.privacyshield.gov/list). Accordingly, Adobe has undertaken to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data from within member states of the EU and Switzerland. Adobe has affirmed that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.
If you are logged into an Adobe account, Adobe may also assign the processed information to your account.
You can prevent these data from being assigned to your account by logging out of your Adobe account. Furthermore, you can prevent the installation of cookies – insofar as cookies are set by Adobe – by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. 10. Storage period
PREIG AG will only store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our services or if we have a legitimate interest in further storage that outweighs your interest in having your personal data erased. Beyond this, we store data for as long as we need it to fulfil our contractual obligations and to comply with statutory retention periods.
